A few words from Mr Carroll
“I believe that the best teacher is always a student.
I started out in Taekwon-Do in late 1999 in a club in North County Dublin. From the beginning I recognised the importance of diligence and perseverance whilst training, qualities which I continue to demonstrate as an instructor and student.
The hard work, determination and dedication that I possessed as a colour belt saw me progress to the ranks of 1st Degree black belt by December 2004 under the Irish National Taekwon-Do Association (INTA).
By December 2009 I had successfully achieved my 2nd Degree black belt in Cork under the National Irish Taekwon-Do Association (NITA).
I have achieved much success in my years as a student and now as an instructor within the International Taekwon-Do Federation. Many years of training with various Masters and Instructors at numerous seminars, competing at National and International level and training with the Irish National team has given me invaluable experience which I now utilise in my own teachings.
I am very proud of each and every one of my students. Each student brings their own individual talent, skill and personality to the Academy. I have no doubt that with the correct guidance and training they will be extremely successful in the world of Taekwon-Do into the future.”
